Voting

Okay i want te set up a voting system for MoBs so the mobs can vote to the new members.
i know the old one ended in shit.

i thought about this options

-Yes he is active/good player
-Maybe i still have to think
-No, he sucs as player ( skills ) and he isn't active
-I dont know him so i this vote dont count.

we can allways try? lets try it with Xenos?

we can try it, but many mobsters just gonna press "yes to join" cuz they dont even gonna know them. better let us handle this

if we say yes to someone and a mob say no he did this and this we can still kick that new guy out of clan, dont need to vote =)

vote for admins can to but i thought we where a democracy and not a Communism.

so i think all mobs can vote.. because we have a MoB member only area.

Nah u cant vote for admins, thats something that you gain power over time and all

This aplies for the Admin team wich is Torres, Gladiator and Darkcookie

Those were requested and called to it and not voted by general public


We Cant say that MoB is democracy, it is not

we don t need to vote guys.. when i guy asks to join and that he gets in acad, all MoBs should keep an eye on him, and if the guy does shit, then you report it on forum and he ll be punished or not..
I don t think we need a vote procedure..

look what happened to BoSS.. i was against, some others were too, and the access was denied... it looks like a vote system but it s not! that s what i want

we would need voting if we couldnt agree with each other, but that system works very good in mob. why we should destroy our good recruitment system by voting now? if someone dont want one guy he say why and then we start a discussion, thats all. voting failed like democracy.

Thats like saying that we can vote for a new king in sweden,only the higher ranked MoB can decide admins.

exactly but we dont do votes either, we discuss and all, also we are not what...4 or 5? so its not hard to reach a comon point
