Well Neo and red... i have an answer for you...

We all have a non perfect english guys.. If the first guys who formed the clan thought like you , they would never recruit anyone...

My english sucks sometimes, Itsame's english sucks sometimes, mask's english sucks always lol!

, yamaha's english sucks sometimes, Eli's english sucks sometimes ect ect...

all those guys shouldn t have been recruited into MoB if we follow your advice ^^ ..

We recruit guys who are able to understand and to talk a bit... Because I know that this game and this forum help a lot in improving english skills...

At their first days , all start by beeing shy, not talking too much in english because they think we gonna laugh at their english skills, but with time, everything goes better and people become talkative and improve their english skills..

Language is not a problem for recruitement !!! It becomes a problem only if the guy is unable to communicate at all !! as far as he can understand , everything is fine !

I have the same opinion with cookie. We have to speak one language that we can understand. Nobody have to speak perfect english but we have to understand each other. So thinking about that. we make a clanwar and how we can say the not spoken people that he has to go there or we need backup? or how can a member answer here on the homepage if he can not english? that is not a base for join a international clan sorry...

@cookie: i agree with you, basicially ...but he'll need some basic english skills ...only then he will be able to improve it...but it seems like that he dont have those basic skills...but ofc, i might be wrong...

I don't think you should let in someone that can't speak english unless you're really desperate, and why would you be desperate? You have plenty of active members.

In my honest opinion, it would be very stupid to let someone in that can't speak english, think of the consequences, what if he does something wrong, you won't be able to tell him that because he wouldnt understand what you're saying, he wouldnt be able to follow instructions or anything.

I've never said that we can recuit people who can't speak english at all.. A guy who can't speak english at all has no luck to join MoB for me...

I only say that perfect english is not required to join MoB clan!! and that if i see a guy who can t speak good english but who tries to talk with others , i will not hesitate to recruit him ...

And concerning the fact that we have many active members... maybe on forum we have active guys.. but on server we don t have many.. so we need to recruit people who are going to become the future of MoB clan !!

yes i also agree with him. i think communication is the most important thing what we have. all things we can handle with communication! therefore we have to speak each other. it doesnt matter if one people can not good speak english but if one people can not speak ever single word it is a big problem. sorry thats only my thinking of this topic Very Happy
