New rule

Im thinking of a new rule,it goes something like this.

If you leave the clan,there's no return.

for my part, i don t really agree with this idea... because there are guys who leave, but who remain correct with Mobsters, that means : no insults, no quarrels, ... peace and love... and there are who leave without reason: idiot decision they make ... or looking for powah...

I think the decision should vary with the causes that made the person leave the clan...

In my opinion, the most fair solution is:
If someone would like to come back, we make a public poll, where every mobster is able to vote... and the majority wins...
and when the member, comes back into the clan, then, all those who had problems with him MUST respect him and Quarrels MUST stop..

You mean like they do in WRS/VoW?

Maybe...but it could also be a bad thing to let them in again,it could be fights a such,some people (Including me) don't have respect for most of the people that quit the clan.

We are forgetting that, we may consider someone out of the clan, but others wont, we need an official list and a protocol with other clans to control fake members in every servers.

Like a major agreement with members info exchange

the first thing to think about that leaders/admins think about to maybe give him a chance, after they decided that he maybe earn a chance to be mob again they let our members vote if he get that chance

and IF he get that chance he have to join acad again for minimum 2 weeks so we can see that he really mean it serious.


so it wount be too easy to let him join again (sry im drunk a lil bit lol)

I agree with that, the guy should have an acad tag again before joining the MoB community.. and if during the academy test, there are lots of problems, then the guy would be refused...

The leaders should decide if the person deserves a vote.

Basicly,everyone who leaves for an example,another clan,loses respect from me,take Darkkiller for an example,he left the clan twice for 2 different clans,do you think it a good reason?

Guys and girl I agree with Red.. when you leave your clan, you lose all what you had in the past with this clan.. and you could consider that the friends you had there will become your ennemies... but... there are some exception.. there are some guys who are nice and kind, and who leave the clan because of something then regret their decision.. I always believe into "giving a second chance"...

If i didn t that once, i could have banned Inzy from his own server because he was undercover and killed the Vip on purpose.. huhuhuhu

If someone wants someone back in the clan,the moderators or this site will vote in the main forum if the guy/girl deserves a seconds chance.

lets add this to the rule: people which leave WITHOUT ANY reason cant come back.
its nothing spontaneous to leave a clan everyone think first before they do that

lol red i think it's good and bad... you know once i left the clan but i came back after 2 weeks.... from that time i never left the clan and i wont leave :]

Kind off,just a little twist.

This is how it will be done.

If the leaders want this person to have a second chance,he/she will have a vote,the people in the clan can vote if he/she can come into the clan again.
