Karthus , Panethon , Tryndmare or shaco ?

Depends..
All of those can be good if you play them the right way.
What kind of champions do you like to play? Spellcasters, DPS-Burst, Tanks etc. Karthus - is in my opinion a boring champion, as he can just stay in the spawn using ultimate all the time.
Pantheon - is a champion you HAVE to play good with to be good. He is what we call a ''snowball'' if it is going good for you (getting a lot of champion kills, minion kills etc.) the rest of the match will be good, but if it ISN'T going good for you, then you will have a terrible match.
Tryndamere - is my favorite champion. He is what we call our ''Main'' the one we buy runes for. Now.. Tryndamere takes a lot of skill to play good. He is really weak at early game, but almost unbeatable at late game.
Shaco - He was one of my favorite champions, before the ultra nerf they gave him. He is still fun to play though, got an 8|1|16 score yesterday.

But its really all up to what kind of champion you like to play.

omg u wise .. and i like assassins cuz that i use shaco or yi sometimes but i tried karthus and i was good i get 12 kills its just i press W to slow my enemy them i press Y then when he run away i get him with Q

and for tryndmare u right he weak on the first but when i get high level with him i be strong

and for panethon i saw someone get 41 bots with him and he was free to use to me so i wanted to try him on normal game i thought that i will get too much kills lol i just get 9 kills and 11 dies lol but we won cuz of Xin , yi , Co'Gath and vlad

 very funny game - just as long as the play from the start after a specific number of purchased 3vs3 - you can play games ranked Champions and play in leagues.
