    Yea but it would start on small scale, then expand assuming murders dont overun,
    But as an anarchy you can do what you want to do and your free to participate or not, it would be a voluntary society meaning you could create your own system or comunity, resembling the world of today, as long as you do not impose it by force to other people, wich is what every country does, thats why you have cops and the military
